We want to rent an apartment in Accra or Kumasi. On a month by month basis. Will pay the first month in advance. We are responsible people and don’t want to pay any security bond.
We will look after the property as our own.
We are looking to stay long term but because we have other commitments we may have to vacate at short notice, if this arrangement suits you please contact David.
Our budget is 800-1000 per month Ghc.
